In class we did a measure of voltage vs time graph when discharging and charging a capacitor. it was fun. then i fell asleep. going to bed now so i don't fall asleep tomorrow.

we talked about capacitance and how it is calculated when in series or parallel. we measured capacitance and the distance between the two two plates.

in class we examined series and parallel circuits. we also used Kirchhoff's law
to examine circuits and find currents.

we found the electric potential of a ring using excel to add segments of the ring to make it more accurate. and below we used conductive paper to find electric potential differences from 2 points

In class we talked about series and parallel circuits briefly calculated a temperature change given a materials properties and the voltage applied over time.

This had two labs one where we calculate resistance different materials with different lengths and diameter. The we plot how length and cross section relate to resistance.
We also calculated power and its relation to current and voltage.
This was also done with different lengths of wire wrapped around wood piece to act as a resistor and using an ammeter to measure current at various voltages.
